Mining Cable Laying Installer Job

Akuntha Projects is hiring a Mining Cable Laying Installer for mine-site work in Bhilwara or Udaipur, Rajasthan. Applicants must have hands-on mine-site experience in conduit installation and electrical cable laying.
Key duties
- Install four-layer conduit along the approved cable route, maintaining the required alignment and depth.
- Cut, align, join and secure conduit sections, including bends and fittings, as required.
- Check conduit joints and the completed route before cable installation.
- Assist with cable drum handling, cable pulling and laying cables through the installed conduit.
- Protect cables from excessive pulling force, sharp bends and damage during installation.
- Assist qualified electrical personnel with cable termination and jointing work where required.
- Coordinate with the civil team for trench readiness, bedding and backfilling.
- Report damaged materials, route obstructions and installation issues to the site supervisor.
- Follow mine-site safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment.
Candidate requirements
- Hands-on experience working at mine sites is essential.
- Experience in conduit installation, conduit joining and cable laying is required.
- An electrical installation background is preferred.
- Cable jointing experience is an advantage; candidates should specify the cable types and voltage levels they have worked on.
- Good health and fitness for physical work at a mine site.
- Age below 50 years and weight above 50 kg.

हमें खदानों में कंड्यूट लगाने और इलेक्ट्रिकल केबल बिछाने के काम के लिए अनुभवी इंस्टॉलर चाहिए। उम्मीदवार को खदान में काम करने का पूर्व अनुभव होना चाहिए और वह काम को सटीकता तथा सुरक्षा के साथ कर सके।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
- निर्धारित केबल मार्ग पर आवश्यक गहराई और सही अलाइनमेंट के साथ चार-लेयर कंड्यूट लगाना।
- आवश्यकता के अनुसार कंड्यूट को काटना, जोड़ना और फिटिंग तथा मोड़ लगाना।
- केबल डालने से पहले कंड्यूट के जोड़ों और पूरे मार्ग की जाँच करना।
- केबल ड्रम संभालने, केबल खींचने और कंड्यूट के भीतर केबल बिछाने में काम करना।
- केबल लगाते समय उसे अत्यधिक खिंचाव, तेज मोड़ और नुकसान से बचाना।
- आवश्यकता होने पर योग्य इलेक्ट्रिकल कर्मचारियों को केबल टर्मिनेशन और केबल जॉइंटिंग में सहायता देना।
- ट्रेंच की तैयारी, बेडिंग और बैकफिलिंग के लिए सिविल टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
- खराब सामग्री, मार्ग में रुकावट या इंस्टॉलेशन से जुड़ी समस्या की जानकारी साइट सुपरवाइज़र को देना।
- खदान के सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना और आवश्यक सुरक्षा उपकरण पहनना।
उम्मीदवार के लिए आवश्यक योग्यताएँ
- खदान में काम करने का व्यावहारिक अनुभव अनिवार्य है।
- कंड्यूट लगाने, कंड्यूट जोड़ने और केबल बिछाने का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
- इलेक्ट्रिकल इंस्टॉलेशन का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- केबल जॉइंटिंग का अनुभव अतिरिक्त योग्यता माना जाएगा। उम्मीदवार बताएँ कि उन्होंने किस प्रकार की और कितने वोल्टेज की केबल पर काम किया है।
- खदान में शारीरिक कार्य करने के लिए स्वस्थ और फिट होना चाहिए।
- आयु 50 वर्ष से कम और वजन 50 किलोग्राम से अधिक होना चाहिए।
