Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Maintenance Engineer / Technician to join our team for operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring smooth operation of solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar rooftop and ground-mounted power plants.
• Monitor plant performance and identify generation losses.
• Inspect solar panels, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, SCADA systems, and switchgear.
• Carry out cleaning inspection, earthing inspection, and cable health checks.
• Troubleshoot electrical and communication faults in solar systems.
• Coordinate with clients and site teams for maintenance activities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, and daily activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Support commissioning and testing activities when required.
Required Skills
• Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical maintenance.
• Understanding of HT/LT systems, inverters, transformers, and protection systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs.
• Familiarity with testing instruments and troubleshooting methods.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualification
• Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Solar O&M, electrical maintenance, or EPC projects preferred.
Experience
• Fresher to 5 Years (Solar Industry experience preferred)

• Based on experience and skills
Additional Requirements
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Gujarat and India.
• Valid driving license preferred.
