Job Overview
Akuntha Projects Private Limited is looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Solar EPC to lead and manage ground-mounted solar projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EPC and commissioning of solar plants, along with strong technical and site management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solar EPC & Commissioning
- Lead execution of ground-mounted solar plant EPC and INC projects
- Manage projects with capacity above 5 MW
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities
2. HT Systems & Infrastructure
- Handle High Tension (HT) systems, Transmission Lines (TL), and switchyard operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
3. Multi-Site Project Management
- Manage multiple project sites simultaneously
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost control
4. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction
- Lead and supervise on-site teams effectively
5. Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and present project progress reports
- Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
6. Travel Requirements
- Willingness to travel across project sites as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Solar EPC projects
- Hands-on experience in projects exceeding 5 MW capacity
- Strong knowledge of HT systems, transmission lines, and switchyards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
