Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Human Resources Intern based in Gandhinagar Sector 1. The intern will support HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, office administration, and basic accounting assistance under guidance from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities
- Support recruitment processes including CV screening and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding documentation and record updates
- Support office administration and internal coordination tasks
- Assist with basic accounting work such as data entry, invoices, and expense records
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling company data
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources management
- Familiarity with scanning CVs and interview coordination
- Strong documentation and record management skills
- Good organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site work environment
- Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields preferred
